Member Benefits - Manitoba Orff Chapter
Manitoba Orff Chapter memberships are done through Carl Orff Canada. By becoming an MOC member you are automatically a member of the national organization, Carl Orff Canada. As a result, you are involved in two organizations which promote collegial sharing and quality musical education for children. Advocacy efforts at the national and local levels are ongoing and assist you in your efforts to provide high calibre Orff programs. Membership benefits include:
· Reduced fees for workshops and professional development sessions hosted by the Manitoba Orff Chapter
· Reduced fees for virtual workshops hosted by chapters across Canada
· Reduced registration fees for the Carl Orff Canada bi-annual national conference, taking place virtually from April 28-April 30, 2022
· Three online issues of the Carl Orff Canada Ostinatojournal per year
· Three online issues of the Manitoba Orff Chapter’s Manitoba Modes per year
· Access to the “members only” area of the Carl Orff Canada website which contains a large collection of lesson ideas, teaching resources, and more
· Access to the Manitoba Orff Chapter Lending Library, containing over 500 resources
· Opportunity to apply for scholarships, grants, and mentorship offered by Carl Orff Canada
